At virtualDCS we have a team of dedicated experts waiting to deal with your requests. Our experts are either Microsoft or Linux professionals who can be used to complement your own IT staff, and bolster your in-house technical ability. Our silver support service comes in two flavours:
Reactive Support which is designed to help you when you need. Our team are on hand to advise and help you with questions and troubleshooting issues.
Proactive Support which includes a monitoring solution that enables us to react to alerts for you as they happen. If action is required we can take this for you. This is designed to supplement your own system management and allows you to conduct your essential daily business, safe in the knowledge that we are proactively supporting you servers.

Silver Support
Reactive or Proactive support, design to help with services which come as part of the operating system and also for some specific applications.
Silver Firewall
The Silver firewall service gives you the ability to define your own rules but without needing your own dedicated firewall. Our skilled engineers will implement and advise you on your rule selection.
Silver Monitoring
This service gives you all the benefits of an enterprise monitoring solution. We can setup rules to monitor the operating system, applications, or even you own programs. These alerts can be forwarded to you as required; or you could take our Proactive support package which includes this monitoring solution.
Silver Backup
This backup service lets you take control of your own backups and restores. You can schedule backups and recover files when you like.
