New Support Engineer joins virtualDCS
virtualDCS is happy to announce that due to fantastic company growth this quarter, the team has hired a new technical support engineer. The new recruit will continue to ensure that customers receive the best quality solutions in the market.
Ben Lavender joined the Cloud Computing experts on Monday 7th July and is now actively working with customers covering a range of support and installation projects. Prior to joining the company, Ben worked for a large national retail store providing technical support to both employees and the executive board.
It is estimated that by 2015 the worldwide Cloud market will be valued at $121 billion dollars and as the Cloud Computing industry itself continues to expand, Richard May, Managing Director of virtualDCS, anticipates that more employees will be joining the virtualDCS soon.
Richard said “we’re really pleased that Ben has decided to join the company, he’s dived into his position head first and not only does he have the skills we required, he’s gelled perfectly with the existing virtualDCS team and its customers.”
“I think the fact that virtualDCS is growing so quickly, both nationally and internationally, proves the quality of service provided to customers. I’m excited to be a part of this growth and to be involved with the innovative Cloud services that the company provides,” said Ben.
