virtualDCS has got it all wrapped up this Christmas
While the team reflects on another eventful year, they would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.
This new growth has enabled virtualDCS to extend its service portfolio, now supplying customers with Voice as a Service Solutions and its partners with a unique Virtual Service Provider (VSP) offering.
Another big change has been the complete redesign of the virtualDCS website, with improved content and a new navigation system. This is in addition to a brand new resource centre, called Cloudopedia, which answers a variety of common questions on Cloud technology.
The team has also experienced significant international business development and is working with companies in Zimbabwe, Romania, Spain and Japan. As the company expands the team aims to continue supporting the Yorkshire region, taking part in local exhibitions such as the Yorkshire Mafia Conference.
In 2012 virtualDCS hosted several student placements from Leeds Trinity University College and Bradford Grammar School, with the aim of helping students to gain practical work experience in their chosen fields. virtualDCS was also shortlisted for the ‘Yorkshire Graduate Recruiter of the year’ award, for its work with students and local universities.
virtualDCS is proud to have supported a number of charities in 2012, including Movember where the men of virtualDCS threw away their razors for four weeks to raise awareness for men’s health.
virtualDCS is also sponsoring Geoff Major’s latest charity fundraising event and will be cycling around Leeds on a 7-seated bicycle on the 18th December. The day acts as a promotion for the Mini-tour in April next year, where proceeds raised will be donated to Disability Action Yorkshire, Heart Research UK and the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. Richard May, Managing Director of virtualDCS said: “We are very fortunate that the company has had another brilliant year and we are hopeful that 2013 will be the same. The team has some exciting plans in place, which can only present a promising future for the company and our customers.”
