The new system includes a variety of core features including a personal assistant manager, call filtering, extension dialling, do not disturb settings and call waiting facilities.

The new offering is designed to be completely flexible for companies with simple and instant customisation via an online portal; the customer can also create their ideal package through a simple three-step decision-making process. The first step enables the operator to either select the perfect handset from manufacturers including Aastra, Cisco and Polycom or to simply select a mobile application.
In step two, the user can then select their additional system features such as call distribution groups, auto-attendant, call recording, voIP toolbars, hot desk positioning, customised hold music and fax to email services. Finally, the user has the option of working with the virtualDCS to select appropriate connectivity, if required.
