Hybrid Working is on the rise

Before March 2020 when the COVID-19 Pandemic started, only a small portion of businesses had a flexible work from home model in place.

Now in 2021, many employees have proven they can work successfully outside of the typical office environment and are rallying for a Hybrid Working job scheme.

Hybrid Working is the latest buzzword for organisations, describing a working arrangement where employees spread their time working across a main office location, in addition to their own home office.

Does your company have a Hybrid Working strategy in place? How do you feel about returning to the office? We want to know your thoughts on Hybrid Working and your return to work plans now ‘freedom day’ has arrived.

Enter our competition below and complete a short survey to be in with a chance of wining lunch for your colleagues.

Essential tools for Hybrid Working.

One of the hardest challenges for organisations implementing a Hybrid Working strategy is finding the best way to communicate internally and externally, while also making sure that workplace data is accessible, in any scenario. virtualDCS can help.

Microsoft Teams Calling

If your organisation uses Microsoft Teams, virtualDCS can help take your communication strategy to the next level with a Microsoft Teams calling plan.

Take advantage of internal and external calling from your Microsoft Teams application, in addition to video calls, instant messaging and more.

virtualDCS can also provide a range of additional features, including call recording, call centre facilities and analytics to help ensure productivity across all working locations and devices.

CloudCover 365 - Microsoft 365 Backup

Although trusted by organisations across the world, many users don’t realise that in the event of a data incident Microsoft is not responsible for guaranteeing the recovery of data. With its limited backup and retention policies in place it is not designed to be a complete backup solution.

Whether your employees are utilising the complete Microsoft 365 package, or specific elements such as Exchange or OneDrive, this information still needs protecting.

CloudCover 365 allows organisations to protect and recover the data that matters the most, from single files to entire folders in minutes from within an online browser-based portal.
