Founded as virtualDCS in 2008, DCS has been a pioneer of cloud hosting in the UK for over 18 years. Our founders recognised the potential of the cloud, and we've been early adopters and innovators ever since.

We became Europe’s first Veeam Service Provider, and have earned two global innovation awards (the first service provider in Europe to do so) for our backup and disaster recovery solutions.

CEO

Alex is a dynamic technology leader with an outstanding track record of driving innovation in managed services.

As CEO, Alex is leveraging his experience to accelerate the next phase of DCS's growth and deliver the value of our technical and support expertise to an even wider audience.

Dan Nichols

CTO

Dan is an experienced IT and technology leader and DCS founder, who has built three successful tech businesses before rejoining DCS in 2024.

Dan is responsible for DCS's technical strategy and delivery, as well as for the continued development of the support team, which is central to DCS's identity.

Chris Williams

CRO

Chris brings more than 20 years of experience in cloud services and enterprise sales leadership to DCS as our CRO.

Chris leads the commercial team powering our growth within SME and the mid-market and continues to develop strong relationships with our MSP partners in the channel.

Chairman

As Chairman of DCS, Ollie brings over 15 years of sales and leadership experience in the technology industry to support and guide our leadership team.

Ollie is also the CEO of MonacoSol, the private equity business that made a majority investment in DCS in 2024.

CFO

Eddie is the DCS CFO and a qualified chartered accountant who has played an integral part in scaling several successful technology businesses.

Eddie is drawing on this extensive experience to develop a finance strategy that supports DCS's ambitious growth.
